The molten salt electric heater is also called a salt salt furnace or a saltpeter tank. The special tubular electric heating element is combined with the flange bundle to form a heat supply integral with the pressure vessel, and the nitrate salt is heated to melt the nitrate salt as a heating medium. Generally, this heating method is integrated with the molten salt tank. After the nitrate salt at normal temperature is poured into the molten salt bath, it is preheated by a small amount of electric heating elements in the molten salt tank to make it liquid, and then melted. The salt pump extracts the molten salt into the internal flow of the heater, further warms the molten salt, and reaches the outlet of the molten salt heater, which has basically completed the heating, so that the user's heating equipment forms a circular whole with the continuous flow. Heating it to ensure the user's process temperature is simple, safe and pollution-free, and is an efficient heating method.
